Lunch with Ambassador Vitaly Churkin

On September 16, the Center for the National Interest held a small, off-the-record meeting in New York with Ambassador Vitaly Churkin, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations. The meeting was moderated by the Center for the National Interest’s Vice Chairman Drew Guff and was attended by a high-level group, including Center President Dimitri K. Simes and new Center board member David Zalaznick.
