Russian Perspectives on U.S.-Russia Relations

On January 11, the Center for the National Interest organized a panel discussion entitled “Russian Perspectives on U.S.-Russia Relations.” Andranik Migranyan, a professor of international politics at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations who served for many years as a prominent informal government advisor, presented the Russian perspective on the U.S.-Russia relationship and Russian domestic politics. Paul Saunders, executive director of the Center for the National Interest and a former U.S. State Department senior advisor during the George W. Bush administration, moderated the discussion.
