A Conversation with Ambassador Bilahari Kausikan

On March 2, the Center for the National Interest held a luncheon discussion with Bilahari Kausikan, Ambassador-at-Large and former Permanent Secretary of Singapore’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as Singapore’s former Permanent Representative to the United Nations and Ambassador to the Russian Federation. Ambassador Kausikan discussed American power and the Trump administration from an Asian perspective. Christian Whiton, the Center’s senior fellow for strategy and public diplomacy, moderated.
