Andranik Migranyan and Nikolas Gvosdev on Russia’s Policy in the Ukraine Crisis

Andranik Migranyan, Director of the Institute for Democracy and Cooperation, and Nikolas Gvosdev, Associate Professor at National Defense University, present different perspectives on the Ukraine crisis. Both agreed that the United States’ response to the crisis has been reactive rather than planned. In order to reach any kind of negotiated resolution, the U.S. must develop a clearer strategy.
