Dinner with Andranik Migranyan

On October 5, the Center for the National Interest organized a small, off-the-record dinner with prominent Russian analyst Andranik Migranyan. Mr. Migranyan discussed Russia’s foreign policy in the wake of Russia’s airstrikes in Syria and President Obama’s meeting with President Putin at the UN General Assembly.
