The Center for the National Interest organized a panel with Professor Victor Cha of the Center for Strategic and International Studies and Lt. General Wallace C. “Chip” Gregson, Jr., the Center’s Senior Director for Asia and the Pacific, to discuss the status of North Korea’s nuclear capacity in the larger context of American, Japanese, and South Korean defense arrangements.  This discussion occurred in the aftermath of Kim Jong-Un’s recent move to augment his own power within the Korean Worker’s Party.  The discussion was moderated by Jacob Heilbrunn.
