Robert Kaplan on Instability in the Pacific
Robert Kaplan broke down the geopolitics of China’s rise in a June 19 luncheon discussion at the Center. Kaplan, chief geopolitical analyst at Stratfor and correspondent for the Atlantic, also considered the roles of Japan, India, and American foreign policy on stability in Asia. General Charles G.
